Guess what, My Java program send me our approval emails

The Java program works for me now. My mistake was I didn't let Outlook open on background so it couldn't send out mail.

If your local INS center allows online appointment booking (florida centers does) book an appointment on the afternoon the day before your departure.
If you receive your approvals and cannot make it to the INS office, you have to pretend that you did not recieve the approvals. When you enter USA after the trip back, use AP. The supervisor who does the secondary inspection will inform you that your case has been approved (Do a jig a jig a dance for the supervisor's benefit)
They will instruct you to get the stampiing within a certain date - deferred inspection.
Hopefully your kid will also get the approval.

Got my wife's and my approval notice courtsey copy, will go for stamping in oklahoma city, local INS office on monday morning
 
Our Cards were mailed on March 30th waiting for it.

My childs I485 RFE case got approved on March 31. The RFE was issued on Feb 13th, and they received the response on March 3. The RFE officer was #33.
