Hi Friends


I Just got approval notice in mail for green card

No LUD, No e-mail !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just letter in post!!!!!!!!!

The letter says I have to make info appointment, bring I 94 , new photos, more fingerprints


Here are my details

RD I 485 14th Aug 2003

1st FP Sept 2003

2nd FP March 2005

Ref June 2005 Medical/had to have second one as my last medical was out of date

Ref June 2005 Needed to send copy W2 for husband y/e 2004

AD I 485 23rd June 2005

Hi Guys

Thank you all sooooooooo much for your good wishes. I hope and pray TSC gets its act together and approves you all soon

I now just need to concentrate on congressman/senator to sort out my sons case.

Hi Guys

Eventually managed to book appointment for passport stamping 18th July at Tampa

I guess my advanced parole is now cancelled? so cannot travel till passport stamped?

Susan,

You are right. You will not be able to travel till you get the PP stamped. Once the 485 is approved, everything else (EAD, VISA, AP) is cancelled.

Hi

Went for passport stamping today-all done and no problems


I arrived early but they are very strict and would not let anyone in until 5 mins before your appointment time


The lady I saw was quite nice, filled in a few forms, got me to sign my name in two place the took two fingerprints of my right index finger


The stamp she put in my passport lasts for one year. She told me I should not move in that year as that is where they will post my green card and if I have not got green card within one year to book info pass and they would put another stamp in my passport.


Does anyone know if it has ever taken one year or longer to get green card?

Congratulations! I am sure you will get your card a lot sooner! After stamping, I received the card within 2 weeks time! I still can't believe that I have the actual card in my hands. I am now waiting for my husband's case to get approved!

Just a quick update went for pp stamimping on 16th July 2005 in Tampa and recevied plastic card today 6th Aug 2005
