YES, it has been approved. I am so happy I have been using this forum only recently however, will try and answer your queries feel free to ask any. What next, should I make an appointment for stamping etc...

Meanwhile, Like some of you know I quit my job and joined the GOVT job recently and my employer has come to know that last week and threatened to inform INS, hopefully he hasn't done it.... WHAT SHOULD I DO???

Next step will be taking appointment for PP stamp using INFOPASS.

I dont't think your employer can do anything now..!!

why was the NOID issued in ur case? and how did u reply it? (not relevant at this stage but for just for info which can help others)

First, I need to wait till I get the approval by mail right? because I only got email or should I make an appointment right away?

Some of your who asked about NOID, it was just that my attorney missed out couple of my first H1's to be submitted so thinking of OUT OF STATUS they invoked NOID however, due to that they asked W2's, paystubs etc... see my old threads for details.

congrats. Now even if your ex-employer complains to INs that you have left them, there is nothing INS can do. They can't issue an employment RFE after approving the case. Now don't worry about any more silly things and enjoy the GC and a cushy govt job. I will meet you when i come to LA.

By the way, what next I should do, wait till I get it by mail and then make an appointment for passport stamp or what? anyone please answer....

Also, do you all agree with satish about the threat I have from my previous employer (GSS Inc.)??? I actually used AC21 GSS Inc. is not the original sponsor...

P.S. Please study my case, W2 was not a issue - I had very less salary and I also used AC21 where my employer was different location not just that I changed to different employers and submitted there paystubs - So, for some of you who are worrying on above issues please don't...
