Looks like my cases have been approved. My sincere thanks to everybody in this forum for all the helpful information. Its been a long arduous journey and could not have been completed without the help of this forum.

My Best wishes and prayers are with everybody here undergoing the same pain I have gone through !!!! I totally understand !!!

Guys just hang in there and you should be seeing something soon!!! The movement of the date was a surprise for me - given the situation I was not expecting anything for the retrogression cases for another 4-5 years, atleast.

Congrats! I too got approved on June 1.:) But don't know what will happen to my spouse whose i485 was filed on May 31 and shall be received by USCIS on June 1.:confused:
 
Well, I said so....

Looks like -- you had the same experience as yoginm73....TSC reps told him a day before that his 485 was approved/card ordered....next day ...the online messages confirmed
 
Surprising, did U guys directly get the Card Ordered email?

When my 485 got approved from TSC in May...I got the 485 approved email and then the "Card mailed" email.....never got the "Card Ordered" email....may be this pattern is for TSC guys...

Since you guys got transferred from NSC to TSC....this may NSC procedure...
 
Actually, they are pretty much random about that... (as is always the case with them ;) )

I got the "Approval notice sent" email first, then "Card mailed," but never got the "Card ordered" email which some other people said they got. Some people got the "Document other than card ordered" email, which in some cases turns out to be approval, in other cases not.

There's no world "consistency" in the CIS's dictionary.

HeyABC94536, CONGRATS...looks like our signatures are at the same time frame. But not sure of my SC clearance. Patiently waiting...Have a party guys...what are u waiting for???????:D :D
 
missflorida, My PD & I-485 Application is almost in the same time frame as yours. let me know if you hear anything. I called USCIS on 1st june and they said my application is under review... not sure what means

First of all, Congrats!!!!

Guess what, USCIS making again a mess clearing PD's 2003 than 2001 guys... this would clearly send PDs retrogressed ...Good luck dealing with USCIS strategy...

Any LUDs? I did not have any so far..Both of our time frames are pretty identical..LEt us keep in touch...and Pray...While I am happy for our brothers and sisters (like ABCD whose PD is EB3/2003), it induces some fear again what is happening to the previous years status?....More confusing
