DISCLAIMER: I apologize if this is in the wrong forum. I'm a total newbie to this and searching the forums and checking the FAQ (which is down) hasn't helped.
I currently work for a hospital and one of our patients lost his green card. Due to government regulations protecting patient privacy I can't divulge too much, but hopefully you seasoned veterans of the immigration came can shed some insight into all this. I have been tasked to do research on how a court appointed guardian could replace this gentleman's green card. Is this even possible? Are guardians able to file a green card replacement form? I'm also having a devil of a time finding a live agent to speak to about this.
Any help would be extremely welcome.
