I had it scheduled on 01/16/02 and did it on the same day at the scheduled time of 10:00 am.

My brother in law was approved today (MAy 1st) as per the AVM.
His WAC is 01-275-****
RD - 17th of july.

I guess CSC is now moving.

Hello All,

I got a call from my lawyer saying that our (Wife and Myself) 485 cases have been approved. Following is my details.

WAC-01-153-XXXXX
RD -> 03/01
ND -> 04/01
First FP 08/01
Send FP 03/02

Also they issues us EAD, AP twice. Because they screwed up my A number ang gave new one last month.

We got the surprise of our life - we called avm last night and it was the same message. This morning I was going outside for some work in my car and
stopped at the mailbox and there are the three approvals
for myself, my wife and my daughter sitting in the mailbox. I immediately came back home - work can wait etc etc and have started informing everybody.

WE ARE HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THE RECEIPT OF OUR APPROVAL NOTICES !!!!!!

I am sure all CSC will be zipping thru now

I got the approved notices for me, my husband, and my son in my mail box today! The RD in the notice is 09/17 which is my ND in I485 receipt notice. Approved notice date is May 2. The AVM still has the same old message \'on Jan 4th, your finger....has resumed\'.
This is an excellent site and lots of friends post very useful information here. I would like to thanks everyone who contributes here! Special thanks for PCee!

If you see any CSC I-485 approval any where on this board please post it to this thread with all the info (if it is not already posted to this thread). Please follow below guidelines while posting.
1. In the subject line, give it running serial number, member name (that got approved), and the subject line.
2. Entire text of their approval message (cut and paste including headers)
3. Link to that aproval thead/post.

Also refrain from any other discussion (apart from just approvals)in this thread so that we can keep it lean.

It definitely seems to have slowed

We used to see 30-40 approvals a week till 04.05.02. Now, we hardly see a 5 per week.

the AVM said my case has been approved. My wife\'s last 5 digits are different (around 130 count difference) and her case is not yet approved.

here are the details:
PD- ??
RD-20July
ND-6th Sept (09/06)
FP- 16th Jan - San Jose
Assigned to officer: 22nd April
approved : 8th May.

My wife has everything same but the case nuber. I am hoping its just matter of time for her approval.
