My adjustment got approved/ RD 07/17/2001!
Hi,

My adjustment, along with my wife and kid got approved on 07/08/2002. Also received the approvals on 07/12/2002. It took about an year from the date of filing for adjustment, though the whole process took one and a half years.

I was visiting this site almost on a daily basis and all the members made it such an educative and informative place. Mr. Rajiv Khanna needs to be commended for this effort.

My info is in Ciba's page and handle is KM.

There are 20 approvals in about 10 working days in July. Rate of 2 approvals per day. Where does that leave those who have filed their I-485 in Nov 2001 or later.

Just checked AVM tonight, and surprised at both cases(my wife and I) were approved at 07/16/02.
I talked with IIO on 07/16/02 and was told "you might need wait less or more than 3 months ".
We are in the rupnet's tracking list.

This forum is very very very useful!!! Hope you guys will get the good news soon, because CSC really started the 02 series. It is a long long waiting time.

Yeesssss.
Its amazing guys..I almost Can't believe it!! My ND is Oct 02,RD is Oct 12, and FP on Apr 23, Called Cali INS yesterday, the nice lady said, your FP is received, and its on shelf. Momnets later she said..ohh wit..it just moved..its moving as we speak..and call tomorrow.
So I did alright, today I did call again. The wonderful angel asked me about my ID, what I want, I said I want to find out about my case. She verified my address, and said..Let's see what we have here..Oh well..its wonderful..I said "what?"..She said.."Guess who's case got approved today??"..I said.."noooo..are u kidding???..is it meeee???" ..She said.."YES!!!!"..you are approved..
Its a miracle guys.,...There must be a guardian angel watching over me or something. This approval couldn't have come any other right time than this one..after 3 years wait..and pain and sufferings..
I am almost too drunk now..celebrating it...
Good luck for you all waiters..just hang in there..it'll be all right..God almighty is there..watching and caring for u..
Hope floates..guys..trust me..it does!! Well it sorta screwed up my marriage plans from India..but hey..I can live with that..

Stamping done in san jose..

(I got married after giving fingerprint, added my wife on april 29th 2002, her case is still pending only advance parole has been approved!)
