As some one pointed out your RD looks a bit different! I guess it is 11/04/2001 instead of 04/11/2001! Also I guess it is your ND and RD should be some where in around 10/04/2001! Since we are considering entire family case as one case I am carrying your husband\'s FP info into summary pages (I guess since he did FPs late your case will be processed based on that data)..

You need to register with immigrationPortal.com to get an ID, it\'s very easy and takes just couple of seconds to finish registering. Without registering how you got my ID to post? Yes, I know there is some ID problem and people are getting my ID randomly! Once you register can you please repost all your data? I am going to delete your earlier message with my ID.

The IIO said nothing about this ...Just said I will get it within

Guys, I am posting this from PCEE\'s approval list. If this true then we are very close to getting approved!!!. any more info on october RD cases.

Since every thing is filed togeather, most of the times the entire family case is treated as one single file and moves only when all the cases are ready for adjucation but there is no guarantee though! There are so many cases where they are processed separately! I think it is better to get primary applicant\'s approval as soon as possible even if one has to wait for other dependents approvals.

In your case I guess it should have any impact becasue by the time CSC starts processing NovND cases your entire file should be ready for adjucation.

Thanks for your response. Sorry for not mentioning this in my earlier post but we need complete dates to add your entry to the summary pages (it\'s a date field and doesn\'t allow just month/Year). Can you please specify your RD, ND, AP, EAD, FPScheduledDate, FPDoneDate, FPScheduled location

October Approval

Hi,

My husband (Primary) and my daughters were all approved on 5/20/02 as per AVM. Hurray! This is an age out case, but doesn\'t seem to have been processed much quicker in the end than normal cases. My approval hasn\'t come through yet, my fingerprints were rejected (unable to read or be processed). I went and had them done again yesterday (appointment is for 6/27!), so hopefully will get mine soon.

RD 10/9/01
Rec # WAC 02 009 53...
FP 12/16
EAD Jan - went and got them after 90 days
AP 11/06
RFE 4/14 W2\'s and paystubs for 3 years
4/18 RFE returned and processing resumed
5/20 Approved!
 
what is age out case

Sorry for asking a dumb question but can someone explain what is aga our case means. THanks in advance
