gsr2001: WAC-01-275-xxxxx got RFE - need clarification

Hi friends:

i sent my lawyer Email today asking why my case is not approved yet.
He replied saying that my case got RFE from INS on April 23rd asking
copies of my last 3 pay stubs and 2001 W-2. And also they asked to
provide my company\'s financial status like company\'s 2000 and 2001 tax
returns, bank statements etc to show INS that they can pay me salery in
future too.

I am going to send all these documents to lawyer on Monday evening.

I have a question: how long will it take for INS to approve my case after
receiving RFE reply? And is there any possibility for INS to put RFE
second time for the same I-485 application?

Sorry to hear that you got RFE (it could be just a couple of weeks delay for approval).

You may get approval within couple of days once INS receives all requested documents. In CSC normally they won\'t send second RFE (at least I didn\'t here about any yet)! But if information requested is not complete/convincing/enough then they could send that case to local INS for interview though!

Gsr2001, I am in the same boat,

Only difference is that my RFE is for Employment verification letter
and nothing more. Looks like most of the WAC 01-275xxxxx cases seem
to be getting RFE\'s.

I am sending the docs by Monday evening and hoping to get the approval in 2-3 weeks. I am tired of the waiting.
