My NC result got cleared by the FBI on Oct.30. Today I got the new card ordered message. My priority is June, 2005, EB2. No other updates before the approval. But I called one week ago, the immigration officer told me my case was in the hand of an immigration officer.

Write to Congressman, First Lady, senator, Ombudsman, the USCIS, department of homeland security, FBI ...

Congressman helped eventually.
