Greencard Stamping in india

Hi all,
I spoke to IIO about my wife case in vermont service center on 09/06/02.IIO officer informed us that her case another 30 days.My wife is going to india for three months.Can she stamp in her passport while she is in india in case her case is approved in next month.I know she can come to usa with her parole and then go for stamping.My question is Can she do the Stamping while she is in india,Please post your suggestions.Thanks

No she cannot

If your case is Adjustment of status she cannot get her passport stamped in USA. But she can come back on Advance Parole and get it stamped later.

If filed for CP will get stamped in country consulates. If for AOS, one will have to get stamped in US only. Hence no chance in India. For stamping, one need to submit the "arrival/departure record" ie. the I-94 given at the port of entry also.
