My dad's brother applied for my dad's greencard about 12 years ago. He is planning to follow up on the application now as earlier he was not interested. But before he does any inquiries, he wanted to find out the following:
1. He has a business outside the US where he plans to be working. How often does he need to come to the US and for how long does he need to stay each time to maintain his Permanent Residency?
2. Will his business outside of US also be taxed by the US IRS?
