Greencard for parents after arriving in US on immigration visa

My parents just got here three weeks ago, but did not receive their greencards yet. I think it should arrive it by now, but don't know current time frame. Can anybody advise me on it. Is there any form which they need to fill, just need to know as now a days rules are changing day to day.

It may take a month or a little more after their arrival, but USCIS will automatically send the card. Don't get worried yet; it's just a matter of waiting for it.
 
No welcome letter yet. Thanks a lot for reply as it ease my worries. Thanks. I will post when they get welcome letter and greencard
