My parents are Green Card holder because of my US Citizenship. My mother, for health reason have now stayed out of the US for about 22 months.
I was told by someone that before she comes here now, I have to reapply for her green card all over again. Is this true? Her existing green card was issued only 2 years ago and is valid for the remainder of the years. Can she simply use that card to come here and may be show some medical documents at the airport?
