GreenCard for Married Brother

I an US citizen and want to apply for bother green card. He's married and have 2 kids.

Is there any link available where I can get the details for apply the GC for Brother/Sister....

I have few questions:

1) Do I need to apply togather for my brother and his family or his family is automatically included.. which all foems to use
2) I know it take 8 or 9 yrs for the brothers' application. If in few years my dad get his citizenship, can he apply for my brother and tap the priority date from my application...

If anyone know the details, please advise.

[Triple Citizen]

A1: You file a single I-130 for your brother and mention his dependents in it.
A2: It will take 12 to 15 years, not 8 to 9. You father may sponsor his son after becoming a US citizen. He will not be able to port over your I-130's priority list due to both I-130s having a different sponsor.
