Greencard for grandma

I have US citizenship. My parents and my grandma (dad's mom) live in India and I would like to apply for their Green card and bring them to the US. I see applying for my parents to be straight forward, however my grandma's Greencard application does not seem to be possible. As I understand the Greencard application can be filed for only immediate blood relatives. My grandma has another 4 years of visitor's visa valid.
Any one has any suggestions on how to have my grandma brought over to the USA and have her live here.

Thank you for the response. Yes, only my dad can apply for my grandma's green card after he gets citizenship. This is my problem: I am yet to apply for green card for my parents. My grandma has a Visitor visa till 2009. Is there any work around to get her here to stay permanently before my dad gets citizenship.
