I have been married for five years and leaving separate for ten months, I have permanent green card through marriage, my wife is threaten me she is going to complain against me in immigration but I don’t know what she is going to tell to immigration even though our marriage was in good faith and first three years was excellent all of sudden every thing has change. My question is what kind of problem I could face if she complains? We are in a divorce process.
Thanks

Provided that the marriage was entered into in with good faith (which you already state it was) then you should be fine. If it's just a case of her word against yours, then it's unlikely USCIS will take her complaint seriously (how many spurned spouses do you think have done the same?)
When you say that you have a permanent GC, do you mean the 10 year one? If so then you have already proved to them during the removal of conditions process that the marriage was legit otherwise they would not have granted it in the first place (unless of course you were married 2 years prior to GC).

Not much. If she tells them the marriage was fradulent, she too will get into trouble. Remind her that she signed an I-864. You too have the potential to give her grief :)

I have kinda similar situation. Got permanent residence through my x-wife, we separated 9 months later and divorce was finalized a year from when i received my permanent residence. I remarried and have been for 3 years, my current wife is also a citizen. i have waited for 5 years and now I am eligible for citizenship. I entered the marriage in good faith, infact before i filed for my GC through my wife, I had also received my approval for a labor certification that an employer had filed for me, so technically I could have filed through either one, but ended up filing through my wife because she didn't wanna move. I have documents to proove the marriage was bonafied and we conducted our lives together, what else can I do to show that I entered the marriage was entered in good faith, is me telling them enough, or do I need to provide any specific proof?? what should i expect at an interview? is it better to just stay with the GC and forget about being a citizen.
answers will be appreciated
thanx

Firstly, you should have started your own thread.

Secondly, your query is with regards to citizenship and you are posting in the wrong sub-forum.

Thirdly, your greencard is unconditional right? If so, you really should not have a problem with your N-400.

Iwhat should i expect at an interview? is it better to just stay with the GC and forget about being a citizen.
