Requesting Immediate response - Green Card

I am a green card holder. I got married to a H1B visa holder very recently. What are the procedures & documents necessary so that i can apply for her green card? Is it possible to apply for adjustment of status? How long will this process take?

You cannot apply for adjustment of status. You have to file for I-130, get approved and then wait in line for spouse of a permanent resident. There are no "short cuts"
