Green card?

Hello. I have lived in us since 2004. In 2007 i got married on american girl and had son with her in 2008 but things didnt work out between us. How can i get green card? My son is us citizen, i started applying for gc(my wife did), i have business here. Please suggest me what should i do exactly, thank you!
 
You filed AOS based on what? If I am not wrong, form I-487 is used to inform the beneciary, it is not a form to fill out. I may be wrong however.
