My father filed an application so I can get my Green Card . My priority date became current last year but I had an argument with my father and nothing was done . My father and I are okay now but he doesn't know how to proceed.

Did your father or you receive anything in the mail from the Department of State last year? If you did, that package contains all the instructions on how to proceed to apply for an immigrant visa. There is no guarantee that you will receive the package as soon as PD becomes current, though. Was your I-130 approved already? You can check your case status at USCIS website. Also read up on the internet, like this forum, to become familiar with the process. It can be quite complicated. Here is a flowchart to get you started - follow the family-based section.
I'm assuming that your father didn't file I-485 for you since you don't live in the U.S.
