I have the following two queries regarding green card processing for the parents of a U S
Citizen:
1 More than 30 years ago I lived in a place where we had no interaction with the police
and their recording and maintenance of data system antique. It is our earlier experience in
connection with getting birth certificates from there that it was impossible to get
anything from that system and the alternative was an affidavit signed before a designated
Judicial Authority. I request you kindly let me know if there is any alternate document
like affidavit which will suffice.
2 A few years were spent in a foreign country for higher studies. I request you kindly let me know what is the procedure to get the police clearance certificate from that country.
