Dear Mr. Rajeev,

Due to some personal reasons I want to cancel my Green card and convert to H1-B. I would like to apply for H1-B through my company around Aug'04 so that I can get as soon as the new quota opens on Oct 1st'04.

Will my new H1-B comes under quota? I was on H1-B until 2 years ago.

Would there be any problem for the conversion? After I get H1-B do I need to go to my home country to get the passport stamped for Visa? Or Can I post my passport to BCIS authorities here to get it stamped?

Pls. advise.

Thanks
