Dear Gentlemen,

Please advise me so I can live with my wife, My Visa type is B1/B2 I Visit USA each four or five month to visit my girl friend
Finally we got married in NOV2010 and thin I left the united state as usual because my job is still outside USA in Fareast
I do plan to transfer my business and live in USA within two year where I can now access by B1/B2 (It’s valid to 2012) to visit my wife (U.S Citizen)

My Question is: what I can I do now to change the visa type from B1/B2 to Green Card , I don’t know where to start because I want to keep the permeation to exit and reenter USA until I finish my paperwork . Please advise me by details

Your wife has to file an I-130 for you and opt for consular processing. The whole process should take close to 12 months. During that period, you may attempt to keep visiting the US on your B-1/2 visa. Just be prepared that you may be denied entry.

This means that I can not end it from within the state and must meet the Consul in the home country?

Attempting to complete the process inside the US will be problematic with your visa. B1/B2 visas don't allow immigrant intent. They won't let you enter the US with a B1/B2 visa if the port of entry officer realizes that you are married to a US citizen and have an I-130 filed with adjustment of status selected.

If you ca stay in USA for 4-5 mts when you visit, your wife can file AOS along with I 130. You will be getting GC in around 4-5mts. You can apply for travel document,in case you want to leave before you get your GC. Good Luck
