I recently became a permanent resident and plan to marry a foreign national. After marriage I want to spend most of the time with my new family.
For this I have two possible options:
I leave US on a re-entry permit for another 2 years. during this time I file I-130 for my spouse. by the time i get back after 2 years visa dates would have been matured. If I take this plan do you think my I-130 application will be approved?
OR
should I marry first file I-130 and come to US and then apply for re-entry permit and leave again.
Also would it serve a valid justification (strong family connections) for filing re-entry permit or would be a strong case during interview by Immigration agency at the time of re-entry after 2 years.
Regards,
Anwar
