Hello Everyone:
We are in the U.S. and my wife have had several job interviews and finally got a job offer (on the phone) from two major hospitals in town but after knowing my wife is in H4 visa status the HR persons have been quiet. One hospital said it's pending and the other with long silence.
Can the clinics withdraw their job offer because of immigration status? Looks like they're looking for nurses who can begin working right away....
Anyone had the same experiences? I would appreciate if any comments regarding this being shared.
