Green Card shows PD as approval date

In the primary applicant's green card, the approval date is shown as April 30th 2001 (PD) while the actual approval happened only on March 16th 2007 (as per the 485 approval notice).

Anybody come across such a scenario?

Please share your inputs.

your card has wrong info. if I-485 was approved on March 16th 2007 then it should be March 16th 2007 .
 
There is no approval date on the card but the date of the Resident Since. Do both of you know what you are talking about?
