I received plastic card and my wife's approval. Today we went for stamping which was smooth. We need to wait for my wife's plastic but its no big deal. It has been a painful journey even though, my case was a labor substitution, I-140 approved in 6 weeks. I-485 took 2 years 8 months.

I switched jobs after 6 months of 485 out of that couple of months I was on bench even though I got good offers my company was greedy and wanted to make more money. They did not get paid for those 3 months. After 6 months started working with a small company, I am the second employee of the company.

In this journey I have made some friends and foes.

did you send fax enquiries to all the numbers. After I sent to all of these it worked.

1st Inquiry, (949)389-3055
2nd Inquiry, (949)389-3486
3rd Inquiry, and (949)643-1538
level 2 Inquiry. (949) 389-3441

In last two numbers one doesn't work.

I sent fax inquiry to all these numbers I got my approval and I did the same for my wife's case and got approved. I hope you will get your approval soon.
