I'm starting the process of renewing my green card but have just realized my passport has expired.
I read through the forms and it said identification needed was passport OR valid drivers license, so I should be OK.
Just wondering if anyone else didn't use their passport when renewing and was it OK ?
NOTE: I also need to send my passport away to have it renewed. I want to do the applications in parallel so if the green card renewal goes fast and I get called in before passport comes back I don't want to be caught out
