Is it ok if I leave my employer after 3 days of recieving my card by mail?
Will that arise any issues etc?

why can't you continue working for him for another 5-6 months. As such there is no written clause/memo anywhere about this but it's safter to stay with him at least for 4-6 months(per legal advisers). 3 days is a very short period of time and this may hunt you at the time of filing for citizenship. However, there is no hard rule about staying or not with employer after GC is apporved. Play safer game.

I will spend sometime to get a new job... It may takes a couple of months anyway. By the time you get your new job. Leave.

I feel your pain too becaz I stuck in the same thing. (I had good education, good experience, good performance results - recommended by company's VP and some directors) but I never get any promotion and someone is a lot lesser in my team get promoted to be a manager.

It is becaz, we don't have the bargaining power to leave...

This is only a suggestion - later on it will make your life easier if you stay for 6 months during citizenship process.

If you can, stay for 6 months after getting the green card.
