I would like to start my GC. My co. lawyer says I qualify under EB3.
To go with RIR my co. needs to run ad and they told me to wait for at least 6 months before they could start GC process.
My question is - should I wait for 6 months to qualify under RIR category or I should start regular GC processing now.
Your suggestions will be appreciated.
