Green Card Processing time based on Birth place?

HI Experts,

MY wife is in US on H1B and im on H1B as well.I am from india and my wife from Greece.(Well she was born in philipines but a greek nationality).
Is it good to file the green card application on her basis , will it be faster as there are huge delays for indian applicants.

and her application will be considered philipines or Greek.
How is the application based on the nationality or Birth place.

The per-country processing is based on country of birth, not country of citizenship. For married couples normally they will use the country of the primary applicant, but you can ask them to use "cross-chargeability" which would treat both persons as being from the other country.
