Green Card procedures. Help, please!

Hi!
My husband and I are currently working on all the Green Card forms. We completed the I 130, I 485, G 325A, I 864, I 765, I 131 and are ready to send them. Our concern is the medical exam. Do we send the I 693 Medical Examination form together with the rest of the paperwork? Can we mail the paperwork mentioned above wihout the I 693 now and mail that later? Is there anything else we need to mail now? Thank you so much, I hope somebody can help me. It would be much appreciated.
 
Yes it's better if you send it all together so they are tied together. if you send without it they might issue a RFE which would delay the application or let you bring to the interview or even maybe not accept the package at all.

Thank you! Do the affidavits sworn by 3d parties attesting to the relationship must be certified by a lawyer or a notary public? Thank you everyone for help. This process is very confusing wihout a lawyer's help.
 
You do not need those but if you submit them with notary it would look better. There's no need for that either.

if you are willing to learn and follow instructions really you do not need a lawyer at this stage.
 
Hello again. I have another set of question and I really hope that somebody can help, because a lawyer is really not an option for us.

Affidavit of Support.

My husband's income is lower than he poverty line so his sister is willing to become a joint sponsor. My question is: what forms do we fill out? Does my husband fill out I-864 and my sister-in-law the same or does she have to submit I-864A? Thank you so much!
 
Your husband would fill out an I-864 as the petitioner, and your sister-in-law would fill out an I-864 as the joint sponsor.
 
Thank you so much! Also, we've been having a bunch of problems here, including lost paperwork, time consuming process to retrieve new copies for the lost documents so we failed to mail the paperwork while my visa was still good. Will that affect us in any way?
