Green Card (physical card) received today

Today, I received the card in the mail. (December 6, 2007).

Labor filed: Oct. 2004 EB2 China

I-140/I-485 Concurrent- China/ USCIS Notice Date Nov. 13, 2006, NSC

I-140 approved July 2007
I-485 card production ordered Nov. 30 2007
I-485 approval notice sent Dec. 4 2007

I learned a lot from reading the forum here. Wish you all the best.


FYI, I have called USCIS/NSC/ and asked for Service request,and a few others,

last time I got a letter from USCIS stating, background checking pending as of November 8, 2007.

So the approval was a surprise, a welcome one of course.

Congrats!! Your 485 approval date (11/30) and message change to "Approval Notice Sent" (12/4) are the same as mine! Hope to go home and find the cards waiting in the mailbox tonight :D

I got the Card in hand today. Still waiting for my wife's case to get cleared.
My details

EB2- India
Labour filed: March 2003
1485 (for both myself and my wife) - RD = 06/15/07
FP (for both) 08-17-07. Followed by an LUD on 08/18/07
EAD (for both) 09/26/07
AP (for both) 10/24/07
485 for myself (primary) email 11/29 - Card production ordered
email 11/30 - Welcome notice sent
email 12/04 - 485 approved.
Got the card on 12/07/07. (Seems like a lucky day).

But I am still waiting for my wife's 485. Everything else we got it together. But this one not. Is anybody else like me who got the primary approved and waiting for Wife's case? Please update me how long would it take for the spouse to get approved? Are they affected by the retrogressed date?
