Green card pending under Child Status Protection Act

Hi,

I have an issue. my green card is pending under Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) for a while. Last time I made an inquiry, USCIS office told me that they will take 6 months more to process my case as its complicated for them to make a decision!!!!

I want to know that if I get married while this application is pending, what effect happens to this application???

Bad idea! You dont want to give them any reason to disqualify you under CSPA. Except of course, if you have another means of applying for green card and you dont mind starting all over again.
