green card lost and need change address

I lost my green card and passport . Right now I need replace it . My question is :
1.I moved, do I need file AR11 to change my address ? or I just need wirte new address when I efile I90?
2. when I file the new case I90, will they still use my old address ?

Last time when I changed my address , they didn't change it until interview. it took more than 4 months . I worry about it , new card will mail to old address. What can I do right now ?

please help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

File AR-11 online, and also fill out and send them a paper copy. Then wait a week, and file the I-90 w/ new address.
 
Thank you so much ! I will try this way. Hope everything will be fine ! I just check the process , it shows replace GC will take around 6 Months .
