Do physicians require Labour certification after the complition of Residency on H1 when they go for Job and Green Card Process?
Secondly what is schedule A do we fall in this cat?

As a physician you have principally two options:

1. labor certification
2. national interest waiver based on 5 years of service in medically underserved area

If you are on H1b, option 1 is typically better. With PERM in place, it should take less than 2 years these days (unless you and your spouse are from a retrogression area).
Option 2 can take 6-7 years if you are on H1b (unless you apply already during residency). It is a better option for J1s because they have to serve in a medically underserved area for 3 years anyway.

Sorry, we are not schedule A. Would be nice though.
