Hello,everyone
I just registered and I'm sure you will be able to help me out.
It's long story so I will try to be quick.My wife got a letter saying she has been randomly selected for further processing in the Diversety Lottery.We both have been to USA with H2B visas.Me in 2003,2004,2006 and my wife in 2004 and 2006.In 2006 we extended our H2B visas and we didn't have any problems.In 2007 I was applying for H2B again but it was refused.The consular officer said I cannot apply one year and gave me a notice saying I might be a potential immigrant.
In 2010 I was going to apply for H2B again but just gave up.I filled DS 160 and submited with incorrect information by mistake.After I noticed the mistake I canceled the interview.I was thinking to fill in another DS 160 where to correct the mistake but dicided to leave it the way is it and if it's needed to explain when I show up for an immigration visa interview.The questions are Am I gonna have any problems because of one visa refusal,Is it gonna be a problem the DS 160 mistake and Do they review all of your past files they have?-for example the visa refusal file.
