Could you please advise on how to address the question if it was Intention to stay for parent (overstayed on B2 visa 2 years) of USC. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If it wasn't intention to stay how to prove it? what is the best answer? Please advise.

Answer = "I changed my mind after entering as a visitor".

Perfectly acceptable as long as it is the truth.
