Hello,
I had an interview for change of status on October 30 2013 and in the interview they ask me and wife some questions and that part was fine.
But the interviewer does not have the I-130 with her , so she cannot take a decision about the Green card . She told me once she receive the I-130 from the another facility , then only she can make decision. She ask me for a copy of I-130 and i gave the copy to her.
Then i called the customer care of the USCIS they told me , once the Newark facility receive the i-130 they scheduled another interview .
Do you know how long this will take to process? Is that some thing I need to worry?
