Hey, I live in NJ and I want to receive my driver's license in July.
My E-2 Visa expired because we applied for green card and it is in process right now.
We got the fingerprint as well. I was wondering what can I show to DMV to get my driver's license?
If you have an EAD, you can show that. If you still have a valid I-94 attached to your foreign passport, you can show that too. If you don't have any of these, you will not be issued a NJ license.
