green card holders filing for their spouse

Hi all
I am a permanent resident and I filed I 130 for my husband on 9th march 2011.
I got some information that the time taken for the green card has reduced a lot.
can anyone tell me whats the pace as of now..and how much time does it take for a spouse of permanent resident to get green card

I have got the approval letter by 20th march 2011 and the priority date it says is 11th march 2011.

other permanent residents who have filed for their spouses within last 6 months please join and update their dates...so we can come to know whats happening with all our applications..

visa bulletin suddenly shows 2007 dates from jan 2011...any idea whats happening on that front...

I got some information that the time taken for the green card has reduced a lot.

That was true last year, but now the backlog is back up to the usual 4 years.
