i dont know if someone faced this situation, but i am in love with a girl in my cop. i really want to marry her but i am afraid she wont get student visa/visit visa to come to usa. anyone faced this situation before?
i still have 4 years to become citizen,,..what is best option for me?

If you want to bring an Alien to USA as a citizen, you need to file I-129F (Petition for Alien Fiancee). The purpose of the From I- 129F, is the petition to bring your fiancee(K1).

but i read k1 requirements, that says, we must met in last two years face to face.. you think it would be a problem in uscis if i make a low profile visit to pakistan to meet her before i apply?

You are not a US Citizen so you dont qualify for K1

If you travel to a third country then ou cna marry her and then file for her but the wait is longer. I was in this situation before i end up waiting until i became a US Citizen before traveling back to COP

did you marry in your country then? wasn't it a problem to bring your spouse in usa? thanks
 
My friend had the same problem and i advised him to do something and it worked and his fiance is here now
Man , your fiance has the right to get a b1/b2 visitor visa , dont ignore that , it worths trying ( it costs 160 $ ) and if they denied that didnt mean the end of the world and wouldnt effect even the f1 student visa , go level by level
Try b1/b2 , then F1 , then try to meet in third country
That is my advice , im not an attorney

oh waoo, i can wait as well... i just am scared that in the interview to validate the marriage what if the counsular bring issue to me back in COP. how was your expereince?
 
Dont do it! Wait until you get your GC then you can be her sponsor for a F1 Visa!

i have already green card gandrud.. also i think if i sponser her for f1, they would have clear suspision that she has immigration intension and i dont think she would get non-immigrant visa..
 
You could sponsor a friend! Thats what happened to me!
