Green Card:HIB Tranfer with approved labour

I have been offerd a job which requires me to transfer my H1B. I have been told thet they have an approved labour for this job, so my green card can be processed immidiately.
Do i have to stamp the new HI befor filing 1-140/I-485 or it can be done with just HI transfer approval number?
How fast can i get my HIB stamped on my passport?
