My son wants to apply GC for us (Me & my Wife) when we visit US next in July,07 We have multiple entry visa valid till 2012.(Issued in India) and travelled thrice to US. (6 months each trip). I would like to know what are the documents needed to submit along with the applications. I intend to keep them ready before I visit US next time. I request the members to advice me on this subject.

The reason no one is responding you is because it is ILLEGAL to travel to US with a B1/B2 having an immigration intent. If you want to immigrate, your son should file I-130-petition forms now. You would go through consular processing in your country, get immigrant visas, and then move to US.
