All of us got approval emails from CRIS, however my minor child did not get the card ordered/card mailed emails which my spouse and I received. My attorney thinks it is because they might be issuing a biometrics(just picture, since she is below 14) letter for her. What are your thoughts? Anyone with similar experience or knowledge, please advice...
