Background : Family-Based Green Card under F3 category Form I-130: Petition for Alien Relative approved On December 2, 2014. And priority date Sept 2010. Now priority date moves to 01JUN2010.
Q1 When should start consular processing?
Q2 Need to verify and/or change address of USA as well India.?
Q3 There is spelling mistake in the form for spouse details . When and how to correct it.?
Q4 Add daughter's name when and how ?
Q5 List of documents for processing?
Approx. time frame for all process.
