my gc is expiring...already e-filed for i-90...got the confirmation number i,e the msc..pplied for n400 too....just wondering am i still considered legal resident or am i considered out-of-status and will i still be able to work.my problem is am planning to change jobs,do u think i can change jobs at this time or should i wait.....
