I dont know if smb else have been in same situation but i dont know what to do and I dont want to loose time.
My situation is like this.
I own a conditional green card through marriage. Three months before the second year and date when green card expired I applied for the renewal of it.
But as I know now I choose the wrong form I-90 when I had to choose I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. I get the denial answer from USICS but after my green card had expired. Now I send a motion to re-open and attached fulfilled form I-751 but I'm not sure if this is right or I had to skip it and to apply for the right form , but the problem is that now I'm late and my green card has expired.
Please help me. I'm in trouble. Thank you
