I got a couple of emails informing me that my case was approved. I got my Asylum in April 2006, applied a year and 4 months later (July 07) after that for my I-485. The case was immediately transfered to the Texas Service Center.
Did my medical and Biometrics on October 07.
I got a notice afterward that my case was moved back to Nebraska.
Then it was total silence, when my processing date, I contacted my Senator's office to inquire on the state of my application in the beginning of November 08 and they promptly filed an inquiry with Nebraska. The response was that my case had cleared the FBI check and that it was pending processing.
I got the email notifying me of the approval of my case on March 11.
