Hi did you do any followup with USCIS regarding your wife's case of it just approved by itself. Any help will be appreciated.

I did not do anything specific but we applied for my husband's EAD and AP renewals in January as his EAD would expire in April.

Also regarding WorryforGC's question:
LUD on 485 : 03/02
LUD on EAD and AP : 03/11

Thanks

My case was similar. Primary got approved in Feb. Spouse's approval took an extra month. In the meantime, I called VSC a couple of times. They gave a vague answer each time. (fingerprints have not been received, namecheck is not done, etc). But one thing that they said was that the same officer that worked on my case was working on my spouse's case. Not sure if thats a good sign or not, but anyways, the war is over. Spouse received her card last week.

Good luck

GC Next step

Hi I got the Email saying GC is approved - but in the letter it says " My Case is approved and would get another letter with details for biometrics and it might take up to 90 days". How come some receive the Green Cards in one week - does not everyone go for biometrics??

So what is the procedure after this -- any ideas..
